The Founding · 2016
Founded in 2016 by Rachel Constant Phillips, Keikos was born from a singular vision: to introduce a range of exceptional, organically produced spirits to the vibrant shores of Turks & Caicos.
Rooted in her Haitian heritage, Rachel gained access to an esteemed distillery with over 200 years of rum-making tradition. That lineage — deep, proud, and meticulous — became the foundation upon which Keikos was built.
At the heart of the company lies a simple yet powerful mission: to distribute premium, organically produced spirits that embody craftsmanship, authenticity, and uncompromising quality.

The Craft
Méthode Française
Distilled using the time-honoured French Cognac tradition in classic pot stills, exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice — never molasses. The result is a spirit of remarkable balance, depth, and character.
French Oak Aging
Patiently aged in fine French oak barrels, layers of warm vanilla, rich caramel, gentle spice, and toasted oak slowly unfold. Time does what no shortcut ever could.
Organically Produced
Every batch is organically produced, honouring the land and the tradition it comes from. Only the finest expressions earn the Fine Reserve X.O. designation.
